Fire Sprinkler Service Technician
Receive service calls from Service Resource Center, including a brief description of equipment / system malfunctions. Contact customer representative and ascertain equipment / systems problems. Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial and residential applications. These include but are not limited to wet (steel, copper and CPVC), dry, pre-action, deluge and fire pumps.
Follow prescribed troubleshooting procedures and refer to technical manuals, part manuals, change notices and bulletins, modification notices, etc. in order to diagnose and repair equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications software / systems, programs, schematics and operational product manuals.
Demonstrate a high level of customer service, with strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and an ability to learn quickly.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE : $25.00-$32.69 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
