Climco Coils Company, a growing manufacturer of solenoid valves, injectors, stators, and engineered coils for the automotive and industrial markets, has full-time openings for a Manufacturing Engineering Technician

What You'll Do

As part of the engineering team, Manufacturing Engineering Technicians are embedded in production cells to provide hands-on technical support. Key responsibilities include :

• Supporting assembly and test operations within a manufacturing cell.
• Partnering with operators, supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Training new operators and providing routine technical support.
• Becoming highly skilled in complex operations such as CNC winding, resistance welding, and injection molding.
• Working with robotics as cells become increasingly automated.
• Monitoring operations and troubleshooting issues in real time.
• Collaborating with engineers on new program launches, process development, and operator documentation.
