Must-Have :

Experience in high-risk obstetrics

Previous charge experience preferred

Ability to circulate in cesarean sections

Description :

This role involves caring for a high-risk obstetrical population.

The environment is culturally diverse, requiring sensitivity and awareness.

Registered Nurses will circulate during cesarean sections.

The position involves a patient ratio of 1-3.

RNs are expected to float to like units as needed.

Weekend shifts will be required every other weekend.

Travelers may be required to float within the facility or to nearby locations.

Strong clinical skills are essential, especially in labor and delivery procedures.

Candidates should have experience with Epic charting.

Education related to breastfeeding support and neonatal care is beneficial.

Applicants should be willing to work two out of the three major holidays.
