Job Summary and Responsibilities
Dignity Health Medical Group a Multi-specialty Group (Cardiology, Neurology, Primary Care, Geriatric, GI, Urology and others) which includes a well-established Primary Care service line with strong built-in referral base is seeking a General Urologist. This is an employed opportunity with a high volume of procedures, including ample surgical cases and OR time.
Details :
- New service line
- Medicare 80%+
- No pediatrics
- 40-60 daily patients between Physicians
- Post-surgery rounding for inpatient procedures on clinic patients
- 85% in clinic, 15% surgery
- Typical Procedures - Cystoscopy, Vasectomy, TRUS Measurement, TRUS Biopsy, Testopel Implant, Urodynamics
- Call : 7 days per month

Has excellent clinical and leadership skillsWill collaborate with leadership to design, develop, implement and execute roll out of the service lineIs entrepreneurial in spirit. Will direct and supervise the development, implementation, and monitoring of policies, programs, procedures and budgets for all aspects of clinical care, medical education and research for the service lineIs dedicated to delivering high quality, compassionate care and access to the patients of the Prescott AreaIs a member of good standing of the medical staff of the hospitalIs duty licensed to practice medicine in the state of ArizonaIs board certified or board eligible in their specialtyDemonstrates a work history of positive collegial relations with colleagues, support staff, hospital-based providers, administrators and patientsDemonstrates advanced competency in their specialtyWhat we offer :
