Patient Financial Specialist

A company is looking for a Registration / Scheduling - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Obtain demographic, clinical, financial, and insurance information for patient appointments

Perform pre-registration and registration activities, including eligibility verification and financial clearance

Handle inbound and outbound calls, averaging 85-100 calls per day

Required Qualifications

Education : High School Diploma; Associate's Degree preferred

Experience : Working knowledge of medical terminology

Data entry skills required
