J&J Truck Bodies & Trailers is seeking a Warehouse Associate who will load, unload, and move material within or near the plant, yard, or work site.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :
- Receives instructions from the Foreman or Materials Manager to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.
- Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated areas.
- Secures lifting attachments to materials and conveys the load to the destination
- Counts, weighs, and records the number of units of materials moved or handled on the daily production sheet.
- Operates industrial truck and crane to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
- Operates forklift
- Identifies raw materials and their storage locations
- Document material moves within the warehouse
- Reviews the bill of material and work orders.
- Pulls material and kits into bins for specific work orders.
- Safely perform duties; wear required PPE at all times.
- Observes and complies with all the provisions of the ISO 9001 QMS.
