Potters Industries in Apex, NC is looking for an administrative position involved in all aspects of a manufacturing plant office. Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office is beneficial. Experience working with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 is also beneficial. Individual must be detail oriented and a strong self-starter.
Pay : $62,000. Annually + Overtime
Administrative Assistant – Potters Industries - Apex, NC
Responsibilities :
- Answer and direct phone calls and customer emails
- Interact with customers via email and phone. Enter new customer orders into SAP
- Provide support for customer shipments and logistics
- Enter Goods Receipts and track incoming and outgoing raw material shipments
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain filing systems
- Order office supplies
- Provide general support to visitors and employee needs
- Research and creates presentations as needed
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Cover the reception desk when required
- Provide clerical assistance to the Production Manager and Office staff regarding product samples
- Assist the organization with its ISO 9001 quality program.
Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of Administrative experience preferable in an Industrial or Manufacturing setting
Must have one plus years of experience working with an ERP system, prefer SAP
Knowledge of office management systems and proceduresExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skills
