A company is looking for a Business Development Manager to identify and secure new accounts for their services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients to expand the customer base through partnerships and training programs
Engage with potential clients to assess needs and qualify leads based on defined criteria
Communicate value propositions, conduct product demonstrations, and close deals while managing the sales pipeline
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
3+ years of experience in facilitation, including virtual delivery
Experience in solutions-based selling to C-Suite and HR leaders
Strong interest in the Education or Skills Training industry preferred
Highly motivated, self-driven, and result-oriented
