Location : We are seeking an experienced Concessions Manager for Smugglers' Notch Resort  in Jeffersonville, VT.

This is a seasonal role (November- April)

Unit Description :

Smugglers' Notch has been rated #1 Overall resort in the East for multiple years. Smuggler's Notch Resort offers four seasons of Vermont family vacation experiences unlike any other! Smugglers' has a long history of a classic Vermont experience focused on families both Summer and Winter. We have five buildings spread across the property with twelve operations. Operations include : (1) 300 seat family restaurant, 5) cafe's of various sizes in different locations, (1) Pizzeria, (2) Lounge / Bars, (1) Cabana Pool Bar / Snackbar, (1) franchisee Ben & Jerry's Scoop Shop and Catering and Events operations.

Job Overview :

The Concessions Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of food and beverage services for Village Lodge at Smuggler's Notch Resort. This includes managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of service quality, and maximizing revenue from concession operations.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Supervise all food and beverage operations.
• Oversee the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages during events and service times.
• Manage relationships with clients on a daily basis.
• Ensure a high level of customer service is provided by all staff members.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all food and beverage operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of concession areas.
• Ensure that special dietary requests or menu modifications are addressed as needed.
• Hire, train, and supervise concession staff.
• Create schedules to ensure proper staffing levels
