Description :

Orientation is weekly on Mondays.

This position is in a high-paced, high-acuity rural emergency department.

The department has 20 beds with a patient ratio of 4 : 1.

The patient population includes various age groups.

Candidates should possess strong clinical skills and experience in emergency care.

A dedicated psychiatric unit is also available.

Rotating weekend hours are required.

There are no call requirements for this role.

Candidates should foster a positive team environment and demonstrate strong communication skills.

The dress code includes scrub colors of black, navy, and royal blue.

Unacceptable attire includes vulgar or slang language on t-shirts and sweatpants or active pants.

This role requires a commitment to high-quality patient care and teamwork.
