Key Responsibilities :
Answer phone calls professionally and courteously, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Prepare the conference room for meetings as required.
Assist visitors with the sign-in and sign-out process.
Monitor office supply inventory and submit purchase requests as necessary.
Receive and sort incoming mail daily, distributing it to the appropriate recipients.
Receive and properly handle small packages addressed to 3818.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in word processing software and office communication tools.
Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with visitors and employees.
