Responsibilities

Job Title : Professional Retail Security Officer (Unarmed)

Location : Dallas, TX

Schedule : Monday-Saturday 10am-7pm. Sunday 11am-6pm.

Shift : Various

Pay : Starting at $21.00-$22.25 per hour

• 2 years high end retail security experience
• Reliable transportation
• Professional

• Outstanding written / verbal communication
• Attention to detail
• Ability to interact at all levels within an organization with clients while functioning as a team player
• Valid level 2 guard card required

This position requires : Strict adherence to professional grooming standards and appearance, outstanding customer service, and the ability to stand for long periods of time.

Primary Purpose and Function

The Unarmed High-End Retail Security Officer is responsible for providing security services at assigned locations with a focus on observing and reporting. Duties include but are not limited to monitoring and reporting all activity, conducting foot patrols, vehicular patrols, golf cart patrols, and / or bicycle patrol of applicable interior and / or exterior areas, reporting suspicious activities, suspicious persons, writing detailed narrative reports, maintaining daily activity reports (DAR's), enforcing post orders, site rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and responding to emergency situations requiring security assistance.
