Position Highlights :

• Two hospital options or hybrid schedule customize your practice
• Option One : 25-bed CAH, 4-day week with OB / ED call only
• Option Two : 16-bed facility with robots, Mon Fri schedule, minimal call
• Independent CRNA-only model no anesthesiologist supervision
• CRNA schedules are self-determined with high flexibility
• Base salary : $320K + 30% gross over $500K (avg. $41K $56K in bonus)
• $400K+ earning potential annually
• 8 ORs and 3 procedure rooms across both campuses
• $5,000 annual CME allowance with rollover
• Full support staff in a team-based, collaborative work environment
