First Connect Health is seeking a local contract Respiratory Care Practitioner for a local contract job in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

• DIRECT HIRE

Nights, Mon-Fri 11pm-7am & every third weekend

Cert Resp Care Practitioner : Range $23.36-$35.04

Reg Resp Care Practitioner : Range $24.72-$37.07

Position may be eligible for $15,000 sign on bonus and relocation up to $5,000

Must obtain entry level certification and must have a valid Registered Respiratory Therapist credential from the NBRC.

Must be able to be on call. Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
