Lead Cook | Serve with Heart, Make a Difference

What You'll Do

  • Prepare delicious, nutritious meals that residents look forward to every day.
  • Lead kitchen operations in the absence of the Culinary Services Manager.
  • Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized kitchen and dining environment.
  • Modify meals to meet special dietary needs
  • Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and ordering
  • Supervise and support kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food service.
  • Interact with residents, making mealtimes enjoyable and engaging.

Who You Are

  • 1+ year of cooking experience in a food service environment.
  • 2+ years in high-volume kitchens preferred.
  • Supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and handling regulations
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and passionate about serving seniors.
