Base pay range

$90,000.00 / yr - $100,000.00 / yr

Job Description : The Quality Manager will work closely with the site management team to maintain the Quality System , drive Continuous Improvement , and ensure Customer Satisfaction . This role serves as the subject matter expert for Quality Systems, Quality Control activities, Quality Training, and Change Control management within the facility.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise, train, and coordinate department personnel activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Implement Quality Improvement Programs to enhance operational efficiency and product reliability.
• Evaluate and determine the acceptance or rejection of physically and chemically tested products.
• Maintain, coordinate, and distribute updated manufacturing specifications and audit requirements.
• Ensure calibration of all test equipment and instruments at specified intervals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to address and resolve customer quality concerns
• Conduct internal quality audits and provide quality training to staff.
• Maintain records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Generate management reports detailing quality performance and improvements
• Foster a strong working relationship between Quality and Manufacturing teams to drive operational excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
