We are seeking to hire an entry-level construction professional to join our Estimating team.

NOTE : This is a full-time remote position (Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. EST). For in-state hires, the first 90 days of employment will be spent in-office for training. For out-of-state hires, the company will provide one week of paid travel to our office for training, after which the position will transition to full-time remote work. Candidates living outside of EST or CST zones will not be considered.

The salary range for this position is $45,000-$55,000

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Interact and communicate with clients in commercial, government, and industrial sector environments.
• Administrative Support in Company CRM
• Learn and Perform Take-offs to assist Estimators
• Secure all necessary pricing from vendors and partners
• Help prepare a cost breakdown for materials
• Organize bid documents.
• Participate in the Project Handoff and Project Budget process.

Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills

This Estimator role is primarily remote, offering flexibility to work from anywhere. However, we prefer candidates based in Georgia for the rare occasions when in-person collaboration or office visits are needed. Local availability helps strengthen team connection and ensures smooth coordination when on-site presence is required.
