• Assess customer needs and deliver tailored presentations that highlight the value and benefits of AT&T products.
• Lead prospects through the entire sales process, from introduction to closing and documentation completion.
• Accurately process activations, upgrades, and new accounts while ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and seamless onboarding support.
• Achieve or surpass individual sales and acquisition goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Provide field insights to improve sales strategies while representing Top Tier Impact and AT&T with professionalism and enthusiasm.
