Pay : $20 / hr.

Schedule : 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Essential Tasks :

  • Review, approve, and process life event and new hire benefit enrollments; request and track required documentation.
  • Collect and follow up on dependent documents for new hires and open enrollment elections.
  • Manage system updates, including suspending UKG accounts for employees on LOA and entering benefit deductions (medical, pet insurance, etc.).
  • Send 30-day reminder communications, missing SSN requests, and other follow-up correspondence.
  • Clear arrears for terminated employees with outstanding 401(k) loan balances.
  • Maintain accurate benefit records through scanning, indexing, and document management.
  • Support special projects and reporting such as Abenity updates, United Way reports, and mail-out assistance.
