Looking for dependable, compassionate people to provide job coaching to people with developmental disabilities. Must be able to work flexible hours. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time team members.

Job Requirements :

• The ability to work a flexible schedule
• Dependable transportation
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and / or developmental disabilities
• Collaborate with employer to create natural supports on the job
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job duties
• Communicate with the employer in a professional manner
• Support the individual with training
• Advocate for the individual on work related issues
• Complete and maintain required documentation on a web-based system
• Ability to pass registry and background checks
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds as needed
