Senior Project Manager – Residential & Commercial Plumbing

We are seeking a skilled Lead Plumber to oversee and manage plumbing projects in both residential and commercial construction. This role is ideal for a highly experienced plumber who can lead a crew, ensure quality workmanship, and keep projects on schedule and within code.

Job Type : Full-Time

Salary Range : $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise plumbing crews on residential and commercial job sites.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, gas lines, and fixtures.
• Review blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to plan and assign work.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor apprentices and journeyman plumbers.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions in the field.
• Manage materials, tools, and jobsite organization.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success.
