Wellness Center Operations Manager Location : Southern Minnesota Pay Range : $52,386 – $78,579 / year (commensurate with experience) Do you have a passion for promoting health and wellness in your community? This is your chance to lead a brand NEW, growing gym and make a lasting impact on community well-being! We’re seeking a dynamic, motivated Wellness Center Operations Manager to oversee the planning and management of The Wellness Center and related wellness initiatives. What You’ll Do : Lead daily gym operations, including scheduling staff and classes, processing memberships, and ensuring a great member experience. Manage budgets, revenue projections, equipment purchases, and program development. Expand employee and community wellness programs while building partnerships to improve population health. Design and implement creative wellness initiatives and events. Teach group exercise classes and support wellness programs, with occasional mornings, evenings, and weekends. What We’re Looking For : Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, Healthcare, Business, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in fitness, health, or community program development. Proven leadership skills and fitness center / gym management experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a passion for health and wellness.
