Job Summary :

Laborers are entry level employees who work under close supervision in varying aspects of DHT's operations division. The Laborer will be safety-oriented and safely assist in washing out trailers, general building maintenance, shop maintenance projects as needed.

Essential Duties :

Commit to the overall safety of the work environment by taking extra precautions to work with the utmost care and consideration

Perform a variety of tasks involving manual labor, such as washing out trailers.

Load and unload equipment from trailers and vehicles

Ensure company equipment, material, and the work site are maintained, kept clean, and stored in a safe manner

Work with the operations crew to help in the yard

Complete required paperwork, reporting, and other documentation

Job Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong work ethic

Willingness to be trained in various tasks

Training provided to the right candidate

Preferred Requirements :

Six months to one year of experience in a similar position

Physical Requirements :

This job is performed primarily outdoors in extreme environmental conditions

Hard, physical labor and standing on your feet for long hours

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen
