Sales Representative Summary : We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Representative that will meet or exceed sales and margin budget goals by obtaining new accounts while developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following :

• Guides clients through a prescribed sales presentation.
• Responsible for conducting 25-35 sales presentations per week.
• Logs calls, update opportunities, and submits orders.
• Required 50-75 outbound calls per week entailing follow ups, client check ins, and special projects.
• Responsible for weekly meetings with managers, reviews, and team sales meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES : None.

EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE : Bachelor’s degree (BS) in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years prior sales experience preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS : Ability to communicate clearly and concise while demonstrating active listening skills. Ability to speak professionally and effectively to potential customers.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS : Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as fractions, decimals, and percentages to calculate taxes and sales receipts.

REASONING ABILITY : Ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.

COMPUTER SKILLS : To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of industry standard software.

WORK ENVIRONMENT : The duties of this position are performed in an office environment under temperature-controlled conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
