Position Name : Float Pool (Med-Surg) RN

Sign on Bonus :

  • $20k for Nights ONLY
  • $10k For Days ONLY

    • Shift Details :

    Days (Rotating Weekends) : 7a-7p

    Nights (Rotating Weekends) : 7p-7a

    What will you will do in this role :

  • Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
  • Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
  • Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement

    • Job Requirements :

  • 2 years of recent (within the last year or two) acute Med-Surg experience required
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
  • Current BLS required
  • Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
  • BSN is preferred
