Position : RN-Mother Baby (Travel / Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Mother Baby for a 13-week contract in Sullivan, Indiana — earn up to ($2613 - $2751 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns in a hospital setting.
Monitor and assess the health of mothers and babies post-delivery.
Educate new parents on infant care and postpartum recovery.
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
Support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Manage time effectively to meet patient care demands and targets.
Utilize performance metrics to improve patient care and service delivery.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance healthcare services.
Experience / Qualifications
Current RN license and experience in maternal and newborn care.
Ability to monitor and assess postpartum health of mothers and newborns.
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Strong adherence to hospital policies and patient safety protocols.
Strong communication skills for patient and team interactions.
Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
Skill in managing time to meet patient care demands.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records.
Experience in engaging in quality improvement initiatives.
Ability to utilize performance metrics for service delivery improvement.
