What You'll Do :

Enhance our residents' dining experience by preparing and baking high-quality pastries, breads, and desserts

Maintain cleanliness of baking and kitchen work areas while following all health department regulations

Ensure baking and kitchen equipment is clean, functional, and properly maintained

Collaborate with fellow team members to support resident satisfaction and an excellent dining experience

Cross-train in other dining service roles to support overall department operations

What You'll Need :

Minimum of 1 year of baking or pastry experience

Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient handling, and sanitation practices

Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude toward residents, co-workers, and visitors

Flexibility to assist with broader kitchen operations beyond baking when needed

Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, and reach
