Locum CRNA Opportunity – Jackson, Michigan

Shift :  4x10s – Day Shift (6 : 45 AM – 3 : 30 PM, 30-minute unpaid lunch)

Positions Available :  2

Setting :  Level II Trauma Center

Position Overview

Join a collaborative anesthesia team at a respected hospital in Michigan, serving a full patient demographic from pediatrics to geriatrics. This is a supervised CRNA role with a strong focus on general surgical cases and opportunities to engage in neurosurgical procedures and spinal anesthesia.

Key Responsibilities

Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures across adult and pediatric populations

Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases

Perform spinal and local infiltration anesthesia as needed

Monitor ventilation and respiratory status throughout procedures

Deliver anesthesia under direct supervision in a team-based environment

Maintain continuous patient monitoring throughout the perioperative phase

Document all care using Epic EMR

Respond to emergencies and provide airway management, including intubation

Rotate across multiple ORs based on daily assignments

Contribute to a daily surgical volume of approximately 50 cases

No on-call duties required

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS (all through AHA)

Credentialing

Estimated timeframe : 60–120 days

Temporary privileges may be granted for candidates with a clean background
