Registered Pharmacist (Jackson)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Pharmacist to join our growing pharmacy team in Jackson, TN . This first-shift position offers a stable schedule and an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a collaborative and supportive environment. The ideal candidate is licensed in the state of Tennessee and has experience or interest in sterile compounding .

Key Responsibilities :

Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations

Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and completeness

Provide drug information and counseling to patients and healthcare providers

Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations

Maintain accurate patient and inventory records

Participate in sterile compounding preparation, procedures, and safety protocols (preferred)

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care

Contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacy operations

Qualifications :

Active and unrestricted Registered Pharmacist license in the state of Tennessee (Required)

Strong understanding of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices

Sterile compounding experience or certification preferred , but not required.

Excellent communication and organizational skills

High attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
