Position Summary
As the manager of the restaurant, you are responsible for all restaurant activities and the guest experience. The manager is a dynamic team leader who sets a positive tone for the entire restaurant to ensure that the operation runs efficiently, profitably and delivers the highest level of hospitality.

Responsibilities
Responsible for development, oversight, and execution of operationsSupport and oversee management in running all aspects of the restaurantIncrease overall sales and profitability and exceed budgeted financial benchmarksMaintain professionalism reflecting the Acme brandMaintain a positive and respectful work environmentHire qualified team members who reflect the brandLead, train, motivate and mentor all team membersMaintain a positive relationship and open communication between BOH and FOHMaintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the front of houseSet the tone for staff each shiftFollow all Acme systems and policiesComply with applicable laws and guidelinesRequirements and Qualifications
3-5 years in related positionsAdvanced knowledge of food and beverage principles and practicesHospitality or culinary degree preferredExcellent knowledge of operations systemsExcellent communication skillsReporting and Supervisory
