CEI Engineering Associates is currently seeking a Department Manager at our corporate office in Bentonville, AR. Top candidates will be skilled in team leadership, project management, business development, and client service management. This position will be the driving force behind the team's success. Key Responsibilities

• Participates in business development efforts by marketing CEI services, developing and maintaining contacts and relationships with government officials, company officers, key professionals, and others to generate leads and secure new contracts.
• Maintains a positive relationship with the department's existing clients and actively pursues positive relationships with potential clients. Resolves client complaints in a manner that results in a fair and favorable resolution for both parties and maintains a continued business relationship with CEI.
• Develops, prepares, and oversees multi-project budgets. Monitors departmental budget to ensure identified business goals and objectives are accomplished. More specifically, is responsible for actively managing the following :

Execution of business procedures per CEI policies, procedures, and Guiding Principles.

Key Requirements

Broad knowledge of accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four-year (4) college degree, plus seven (7) years related experience and / or training, six(6) years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
