1 year of Neuro Med Surg experience (REQUIRED)

1 year of Stepdown experience (REQUIRED)

Active Oklahoma or Multistate License (REQUIRED)

Covid vaccination record (REQUIRED)

Required Certifications :

AHA BLS

AHA ACLS

NIHSS
