Description :

The Registered Nurse is an essential member of the patient care team.

The RN is responsible for the delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in all assigned areas.

The RN will assess patients upon admission using appropriate interview techniques.

They will obtain past medical history, current medical status, vital signs, lab work, x-rays, and other diagnostic tests.

The RN will be involved in the planning and implementation of a written care plan under the direction of a Physician.

All positions require every other weekend.

All RNs are required to wear navy blue scrubs.

Availability for holidays is required.

BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Job Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's degree required.

Experience : 3 years of previous nursing experience preferred.

Medical terminology knowledge is required.

Skills : Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
