OVERVIEW

A 100% outpatient setting with a full team of support, as well as training and continuing education / training for all providers. Serving senior citizens & those underserved areas to improve lives, Improving healthy behaviors. Leadership & guidance role which will provide support to other physicians.

ROLE

Schedule Mon. -Fri. ; 7 : 30a - 5 : 00p (last patient @ 4 : 15)

PACKAGE

Salary $250,000 - $270,000

Education : MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrics

Experience : 1+ year of primary setting experience; Leadership exp Ideal
