A company is looking for an HR Service Center Representative II.
Key Responsibilities
Retrieve and disseminate non-revenue pass travel information to employees and retirees
Provide customer service in a call center environment and manage case notes in appropriate systems
Utilize online chat functionality to assist customers with non-revenue inquiries
Required Qualifications
College degree preferred or equivalent customer service experience
Previous airline experience is preferred
Ability to operate a PC in a Windows environment
Typing speed of 35 WPM
