Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist seeking to make a meaningful impact in a pediatric multidisciplinary outpatient facility. The role is designed for professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional therapeutic services to children in a K-12 school environment.

Qualifications :

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy, preferably in healthcare and school settings
  • Familiarity with various speech and language disorders and treatment modalities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Previous experience with clinical fellow years (CFY) is a plus

Location : Fort Smith, AR

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech therapy
  • Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support students' overall development
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and treatment outcomes
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
