Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications :
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy, preferably in healthcare and school settings
- Familiarity with various speech and language disorders and treatment modalities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Previous experience with clinical fellow years (CFY) is a plus
Location : Fort Smith, AR
Responsibilities :
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needsDevelop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech therapyProvide direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goalsCollaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support students' overall developmentMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and treatment outcomesParticipate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunitiesBenefits :
