Your Role as a Store Team Lead : As a vital part of our team, you will : Oversee daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. Inspire and motivate team members to meet and exceed goals. Jump in where needed- running the cash register, organizing merchandise, or monitoring store performance metrics. Your positive attitude and leadership skills will be crucial in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both customers and staff. Make a Difference in Your Community. What We're Looking For To succeed as a Store Team Lead, you'll need : A minimum of 6 months of experience in a leadership role A high school diploma or GED Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills Goodwill is an equal opportunity employer.
