Your Role in This Movement

As a Family Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for families taking

the brave step to seek help. With compassion and professionalism, you'll guide them

through their first interaction, gather essential details, and connect them with our

experienced Senior Living Advisors.

You'll make a real difference every day as you :

Serve as a calm, confident voice during an emotional time.

Follow a structured script while bringing your warmth and attentiveness to each

call.

Capture essential information and ensure seamless handoff to our team of

Advisors.

Operate with precision across phone systems, chat tools, and email platforms.

Adapt to evolving processes and support new workflows as our team and tools

grow.

Help families feel heard, supported, and one step closer to peace of mind.

Who You Are

You're a tech-savvy, service-oriented professional who :

Has 2+ years of high-volume, phone-based customer service

Communicates clearly and empathetically, even under pressure.

Navigates multiple tools and systems with ease (phone systems, email, internal

chat software).

Manages multiple tasks simultaneously, such as speaking on the phone while

updating records or communicating with colleagues.

Brings a genuine desire to help others, especially in sensitive situations.

Bonus if you :

Have experience in senior living or a healthcare-related field.

Hold an Associate's Degree.
