Assembler / Break Press Operator 1st Shift

What You'll Do : :

• Material Preparation : Review job specifications and gather necessary parts for assembly.
• Process Setup : Verify materials and set up the assembly process to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Assembly : Assemble parts according to blueprint specifications using hand, power, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools.
• Quality Assurance : Inspect final products to meet quality standards and transport them to the shipping department.
• Equipment Maintenance : Maintain tools, equipment, and work area cleanly and safely.
• Heavy Lifting : Operate a crane or hoist to lift items weighing more than 50 lbs.
• Safety Compliance : Work safely and wear the required PPE for the entire shift.
• Team Flexibility : Work in other areas or departments as assigned to meet company goals.
