Shift :

  • 24-Hour Call Coverage

Description :

  • This position offers 24-hour call coverage in an inpatient hospital setting.
  • The patient population primarily consists of newborns, with occasional pediatric and adolescent cases.
  • Average daily census includes approximately 3 to 4 newborns per day and one pediatric case every two months.
  • Provider must live or stay within 30 minutes of the facility.
  • Emergency temporary privileges are available for candidates with a clean background.
  • Responsibilities include newborn care, X-ray interpretation, and performing circumcisions.
  • All travel logistics and malpractice insurance are covered.

    • Experience :

  • Newborn experience Required
  • UVC / UAC experience Highly preferred

    • License :

  • Active Ohio Medical License and Ohio DEA required

    • Certifications :

  • BLS and NRP required

    • Must-Have :

  • Board Certification preferred; Board Eligible within five years of residency considered
