• PEDIATRIC OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY :

SOTSBA is a family / therapist owned pediatric clinic seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. We believe in a collaborative approach to treatment and strive to be a resource for parents and families in helping each child to reach their full potential.

You will :

Perform skilled evaluations and provide therapeutic treatment to address deficits to maximize functional independence in all areas of daily living

Develop plan of care to address deficits and utilize strengths to improve overall function and improve quality of life for both the child and family

Provide child-directed and therapist-directed play approaches to therapy

Work with large multi-disciplinary team to coordinate patients care needs to provide quality care while addressing familys concerns

Compensation will be based on the employee's experience and status, such as full time or part time with benefits or contract.

$3K Sign-on Bonus for Full-Time Staff.

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Contract

Pay : $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Expected hours : 20 40 per week
