Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls regarding employee benefits in a professional manner
Document caller inquiries accurately and ensure compliance in processing transactions
Work collaboratively with the team to resolve issues and take accountability for the process from start to finish
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in benefit administration, insurance brokerage, or insurance provider
Experience in a service center or customer service role
Strong customer-centric mindset and comfort with technology
Ability to work as a competitive team player
Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
