Job Summary

Elliott Davis, LLC's Transaction Advisory Services ("TAS") practice assists clients by providing financial and tax due diligence, primarily focusing on buy-side and sell-side assistance to private equity funds, mezzanine funds, and strategic buyers. We are rapidly growing and would love to have you join our team!

Responsibilities

• Perform and assist in buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements for private equity, mezzanine funds, and strategic buyers
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data to prepare an Excel data book, with an emphasis on the quality of earnings, debt and debt-like, and net working capital analysis
• Aptitude to understand and evaluate financial and operational trends of target companies, in addition to challenging target assumptions
• Assist and lead sections of due diligence meetings with target management
• Create and design tailored reports specific to key issues, such as normalized earnings, financial reporting, networking capital trends, and indebtedness considerations
• Ability to communicate due diligence findings confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner both verbally and in written reports
• Ability to collaborate and work within teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery
• Develop and strengthen productive working relationships with client personnel
• Collaborate with other Elliott Davis team members
