Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience is required from last 3 years.
• Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Requirements :

60 miles from facility to be submitted.Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

UIHC determines their rates quarterly for all agencies and they are non-negotiable. Please check with your Advocate to confirm whether this position will undergo a rate change during the dates of this assignment.

36 hours / week; Day / Night (mostly nights); 50% weekend

UI EKG required.

2 references from any number of months (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
