Board Eligible / Board Certified

Family Medicine Physician

to join the largest standalone multi-specialty facility in

Archbold, Ohio.

Specifics of Your Role as a Family Medicine Physician

This position is

full time

minimum

for

36 clinical hours

per week

Hours :

Monday 7 : 30am – 8pm

( extended hours )

Tuesday – Friday 7 : 30am – 5pm

Schedule offers varied

flexibility such as the opportunity to do 4 / 10’s or have a half day off during the week

Call schedule is 1 : 4

very light , telephone

Position is

outpatient

with the

option of rounding, OB or nursing home
