    • You Will be Trusted To :

  • Process invoices accurately and on time Prepare payments by check, ACH, or wire Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Match invoices with receiving in ServiceTitan Maintain vendor records, including 1099 information Support AR and assist with reports, audits, or cleanup projects You Qualify with : 2–3 years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience Experience with Intacct, QuickBooks, Peachtree, or ServiceTitan, or able to learn quickly Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets Skilled at reconciliations and spotting errors Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive Professional, collaborative, and able to work hard while fitting in with a fun team High school diploma or equivalent Additional Success : AP / AR experience in a field service or service-based business Ability to meet deadlines with a sense of urgency Hands-on accounting experience Experience matching invoices with ServiceTitan or similar systems Our Investment in You : Competitive pay Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, holidays, and a 401(k) with company match Opportunities for growth with training, mentorship, and a clear career path Life and disability insurance for added peace of mind A workplace where your contributions truly matter Equal Opportunity Employer : Garage Door Services is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
