Corporate Securities Paralegal – Hybrid (Miami)

We’re looking for a

Corporate Securities Paralegal

to join a fast-paced, global legal team with an NYSE energy and commodities business. This hybrid role requires at least three days a week in the Miami office.

In this position, you’ll be a key contributor to public company governance and compliance. Coordinate compliance with

stock exchange listing standards

Manage governance calendars, monitor regulatory trends, and support board materials.

Collaborate across departments and with external advisors on high-impact projects.

Drive project management initiatives and deliver results under tight deadlines.

5+ years’ corporate paralegal experience with a strong background in

SEC filings and public company governance

~ Exceptional organizational and drafting skills, with keen attention to detail.

~ Experience with platforms like Workiva, Diligent, or Active Disclosure a plus.
