Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Janitorial Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our janitorial services operations.

Responsibilities :

Leadership and Team Management :

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of janitorial staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Develop and implement performance goals and standards for the janitorial team, regularly assessing individual and team performance.
• Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
