Job Description :
Trilyon is hiring a Business Analyst Collateral Management to support financial operations and technology teams in streamlining end-to-end collateral workflows. The Business Analyst Collateral Management will gather and document requirements, collaborate on solution design, and ensure system functionality aligns with business objectives. The Business Analyst Collateral Management will play a key role in identifying gaps, implementing process improvements, and supporting post-trade operations initiatives.
The Business Analyst Collateral Management will also act as a liaison between business users and IT teams, ensuring alignment in collateral reconciliation, margin calls, and regulatory reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze and document business requirements for collateral management systems and workflows.
Collaborate with operations, risk management, and IT teams to define solutions that enhance collateral processes and reduce operational risk.
Develop detailed functional specifications and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Support testing, validation, and implementation of system changes or upgrades.
Conduct gap analysis, identify inefficiencies, and propose process optimization strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to collateral operations.
Partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions that support margin calls, dispute management, and reconciliation processes .
Prepare project documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Support end-user training and post-implementation review activities.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
5 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services or banking industry.
Strong knowledge of collateral management, margining, and post-trade processes .
Hands-on experience with trade lifecycle management, settlements, and reconciliation systems .
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and reporting tools is an advantage.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence preferred.
Local candidates required for on-site client meetings and evaluations.
