We’re seeking an Upstream Product Marketing Associate to join our clients Marketing team and help shape the future of innovative medical products. This role reports to the Marketing Manager and is responsible for driving product strategy from concept to launch, ensuring customer needs and market insights guide every step.
What You’ll Do :
Research markets, identify trends, and develop go-to-market strategies.
Partner with sales, surgeons, and KOLs to understand needs and define segmentation.
Support new product development with engineering, QA, and manufacturing teams.
Build pricing plans, sales forecasts, and ROI analyses across US, LatAm, and Canada.
Champion customer needs, provide product training, and perform demos.
Monitor sales performance and develop plans to expand product reach.
Travel up to 30–40% to collaborate with customers and teams.
What We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3–5 years in the medical / surgical device industry.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience with regulatory environments a plus.
Highly organized, collaborative, and self-driven.
